Meet Our Founder

Juliana is a lifelong cat parent and dedicated volunteer who finally decided to turn her passion into a full-time mission.

She and a close-knit group of friends and family founded Southern California Cat Rescue to save cats from high-kill shelters—especially vulnerable senior cats who are often overlooked.

Until they find loving homes, our cat residents will live out their nine lives with dignity in upscale cat sanctuary cafés open to the public and lovingly cared for by our devoted volunteers.
